Your mission
IT Service Management:
  • Lead IT service management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
  • Take a leading role in the further development of all relevant processes and tools, utilizing frameworks such as ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Monitor and manage service performance, implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency 
Process Management:
  • Contribute in optimizing AllocNow’s process landscape
  • Conduct conceptual work to develop new processes and refine existing ones, ensuring they align with business goals and ITIL process guidelines.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless process integration and adherence
  • Support internal ISO27001 activities and internal audits, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement
Project Management:
  • Support project management activities in customer projects
  • Oversee IT service aspects of projects, ensuring smooth transition from project to service phase
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and service continuity
Your profile
  • Permanent residence and work permit in Germany
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT service management, process management, and project management
  • Excellent methodological skills and a broad spectrum of (agile) tools as well as strong moderation, communication and presentation skills on all levels
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
