Your mission
IT Service Management:
- Lead IT service management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
- Take a leading role in the further development of all relevant processes and tools, utilizing frameworks such as ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor and manage service performance, implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Contribute in optimizing AllocNow’s process landscape
- Conduct conceptual work to develop new processes and refine existing ones, ensuring they align with business goals and ITIL process guidelines.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless process integration and adherence
- Support internal ISO27001 activities and internal audits, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement
- Support project management activities in customer projects
- Oversee IT service aspects of projects, ensuring smooth transition from project to service phase
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and service continuity
