Your mission

IT Service Management:

Lead IT service management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
Take a leading role in the further development of all relevant processes and tools, utilizing frameworks such as ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Monitor and manage service performance, implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

Process Management:

Contribute in optimizing AllocNow’s process landscape
Conduct conceptual work to develop new processes and refine existing ones, ensuring they align with business goals and ITIL process guidelines.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless process integration and adherence
Support internal ISO27001 activities and internal audits, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement

Project Management:

Support project management activities in customer projects
Oversee IT service aspects of projects, ensuring smooth transition from project to service phase
Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and service continuity

Your profile

Permanent residence and work permit in Germany
Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
Proven experience in IT service management, process management, and project management
Excellent methodological skills and a broad spectrum of (agile) tools as well as strong moderation, communication and presentation skills on all levels
Customer-centric mindset, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
